Overthinking about life, distracts you from it.
Man has the power to change anything. The thoughts created in mind make up your personality. Your life is the reflection of your thinking. This life is also a drama created by the almighty and we all are the puppets dancing on his fingers. That’s why when you play your part , have fun. There is no one who is playing for you, thereby it’s your accountability to make it perfect.
Situations and circumstances of life weather they are good or bad, you think about it. This is because you want to know the plus and minus points of the situation as it is directly related to your life. You want to be cautious that’s why you think. You want to be safe. However, the situations which are bad or problematic create chaos in your mind. Sometimes you can’t get rid of that state. Nevertheless you overthink because of your emotional feelings attached.
Yet it is true that the affairs are fragile. The situation arrived today may not happen tomorrow. This is directly related to our mental well being. Deep attachments makes us over think about the actual reality of life and we start taking the situations to seriously. This leads to the ultimate sophistication to think too much and start creating harmful and negative imaginations and perceptions.
Ultimately ruining the actual essence of life that is to be happy always.
Over thinking makes us restless. Forgiving relieves the soul. Distraction from the same thoughts paves the way towards peace. In fact final reality of life is that we are spending our days of life daily and that’s the shortage of time points towards being happy, satiated and contented. Over analysing the facts and daily routines is a problem of anxiety and poor management which effects your mental and physical health.
People over think only delicate situations. So the next best thing you can do to overcome this is to surround yourself with positive people who loves you and creates a lively environment in odd situations also instead of pressurizing or blaming you. Sleepless nights and deep concerns are some of the habits. Not bothering about what others think and talk about you, heals the situation.
The more time and energy you spend on one task, the more you complicate it. Over thinking makes your present and future worry. Anger, jealousy, doubt, confusion, fear etc all these are designed by the furious mind only. It burns your feelings and peace of mind. It makes the life hard to live and intense.
Self awareness is the panacea. Going for outside trips divert your mind from unnecessary thoughts. Avoiding the situations by building life adjustments and satisfactions. Averting it through meditation and making it easy to handle. Always be thankful to the things you have in your life and self motivation leads it. Engaging your activities in your own interests assists you to feel the freedom.
Do not believe your every thought. Involve yourself more in productive tasks and keep yourself busy. Analyse what actually you want in your way and proceed towards it. Do not get too involved , make your position like you don’t get affected too easily. Optimism about life helps to a great extent. Changing the perspectives aids the goal.
Obsessive thoughts are another dominating powers. They revolve around your brain. Over thinking harms your relations and your daily activities also. People surround you will never get positive thoughts or vibrations from your side if you are not stable. Over thinking closes the next opportunities of your life, if you get stuck into one situation only.
Finally it’s up to you and your thinking how to change or alter your life according to law of nature. It states that be happy always and don’t take life and situations or relations too seriously that eventually we live in fear or anxiety. Open up your arms, take a deep long breath and think positively about your feelings and emotions. Don’t let anybody to suppress your ideas and way of behavior. Every individual is unique and have different personality with unmatched perspectives. Individual differences can’t be compared or always pointed out.
Change yourself and your thoughts because you can’t change the world. Finally you will realize that reforming yourself will reform the universe. Mellow personality and relaxed temper helps you to avert overthinking. The actual aim of human life is salvation which can be attained only when you take life very easy without any fear and agitation. This living is like a dream, when you wake up or open your eyes everything will be vanished. Attach yourself to god, to get detached from superfluous worldly affairs.
