Overcoming Sufferings !!!
Ocean of emotions produce profound feelings. Feelings for others rise the expectations and suppositions. Nobody in this universe can live in isolation. As human is a social animal, he needs companionship, love, pampering, safety, esteem. However, neither the feelings are permanent nor the situations. Thereby, pain do effect the state of mind and acting, consequently living ethics.
Sufferings could be discerned when anyone is not well, or he’s not feeling satisfied, or the old age circle, unwanted problems, over thinking, unemployment,helpless, poverty or fear of untimely death and so on. Sufferings are inevitable and one has to accept them for human level experiences which is the life attractiveness. Your consciousness is involved in realising agony.
Sufferings conquer your whole mind beyond feelings and emotions, pushes you to overthink the imaginations and fear of future. It’s concerned about the long term situation. The unmade desires and fear of future is the real cause of thinking too much. Deep concerns are involved in sufferings. No one on this earth can avert it. Human life is connected with suffering.
This exertion paves the way towards the changing human behaviour and personality adversely. If we have lost something that eventually points towards dissatisfaction or grief. Hopelessness creates worthless frame of mind. Unnecessary struggling to fulfil the worthless desires and cravings pushes towards sufferings. Jealousy and inequality burns you from inside. Overthinking depresses our soul too.
In order to overcome the sufferings you need to believe in a strong frame of mind to embrace your pain in that particular time period and learn from that for the future. It makes you emotionally and mentally stronger. Thereby prepares you for the uncertainties of future too. It shows us the ways in tough times for the next battle in life journey. Enhances our self worth while setting up the psychic resilience.
Inwardly you can get the better of sufferings or pain. Improving yourself physically and emotionally enhances the tenderness in you. Mentally strong person can encourage his self esteem exceedingly. Thoroughly refining your personal relationships would be the only recourse for sufferings. Happy and joyful thoughts lessens stress and anxiety. Contemplation and meditation caps the superfluous desires and cravings.
Welcoming and accepting the dynamic world and its changing essence would be the only medication of pain. Rejoicing and smiling from inside provides you much strength. Seeking more reasons to brush up your capabilities. Idle mind is devil’s workshop is a famous proverb. Thereby recollect your virtues. Empathy is the best example for feeling others emotional sufferings.
Patiently embracing the negativity and moulding it positively into your life. Not hurting the emotions and feelings of others. Respecting the laws nature. Not to cheat and honestly working in your professions. Keeping the goodness alive in yourself to smothen your life moments. Resolving the mutual issues and openly embracing others suggestions too. Kind listening to others perceptions also. Participation in the mutual relationships.
Meditation and yoga ( Physical exercises) relieves your mind, soul and thoughts. Contentment can be attained only through insight, self awareness and salvation eventually. Devotion towards almighty disinterests worldly desires and affairs. Feel the pain of thyself first, if you want to feel the others overly; ergo fix your complications first for wider vistas !
